The appearance of the building is defined by the striking vertical concrete surfaces of the facades and the fine veil of the outer glass skin, both of which emphasize the internal structure.
Different zones are separated by freestanding walls perpendicular to the glazed facades. Elevators, toilets and storage rooms form a free-standing structure next to the staircase.
Two floors are always connected by a large circular air space to form a use zone.
Three spacious work, research and conference clusters are created, each extending over two floors. The central air space becomes a communicative center that promotes interactive collaboration and collaborative working.
